Welcome to the Northbrook web page.  The speedskating club has a long history, and has produced several Olympians.  We are a developmental club for youth who compete at all levels, from novice to elite.  If you are new to speedskating come check us out.  We are fast, fun, and always open to sharing our knowledge.   Are you an experienced skater? Come and practice with us, we will give you a great workout.  Are you just interested in watching?  Our location and practice times are listed below.   Come to watch, then come to skate.  Contact Tim Rech (nbsscpre@nbssc.org) Todd Kroll (nbsscinf@nbssc.org) if you have any questions, need directions, etc.

Take a look at how some of our skaters keep their competitive edge after the
season is over at the Northbrook Velodrome
